Regarding the issue occurring since August 29, 2026, where an error prevented logging into the game using a linked Facebook account, we have confirmed that the issue is now resolved and normal login functionality has been restored.
We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience caused over this extended period.

■Compensation for the Login Issue Period
For players who had no alternative login methods and were unable to access the game during this issue (*those exclusively using a Facebook linked account with a play history from August 2026 onwards), we will provide compensation at a later date for the “Login Bonuses” and “UNITE Membership Rewards” that could not be claimed. Please wait for further announcements regarding the compensation details.

■To Users with Linked Facebook Accounts (Important Notice)
As of Wednesday, September 30, 2026, the Facebook account login feature will be discontinued. Players who currently rely solely on a Facebook linked account will not be able to log in to the game after this date. Therefore, we request that you transition to another linked account using the following steps.
