1. Tap on the Events icon at the bottom of the game’s home screen.

2. From the Daily Events menu, select Gift Exchange and tap Exchange.

3. Enter the Gift Code and tap Exchange.

*Gift Codes have an expiration date. Please be aware that you will be unable to use Gift Codes that have expired.

*You may use Gift Codes only once per account.

4. After you’ve finished entering the Gift Code, return to the game’s home screen and tap on the mail icon on the left.

5. Items received from Gift Codes will arrive as mail under System Messages. Select the mail and tap Claim to receive the gifts.

*After entering Gift Codes, it may take up to 48 hours for mail to arrive. If the mail hasn’t arrived yet, please wait a while longer.

*There is also a time limit for claiming the Items. Please claim them within 30 days of receiving the mail.
