We would like to share an update regarding the current in-game operational status and known issues.

Current Status (As of Jul 22)

We have confirmed that the following issues are currently occurring in the game. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our players.

[System & Login Issues]

• An issue where players are unable to select Holowear within a Holowear Selection Box and cannot claim the item.
  • Status: Resolved.

[Battle & Pokémon Issues]

• Due to the issue arising from the specific mechanics of Anniversary Celebration when using the following Pokémon, the use of their Unite Licenses has been restricted in Anniversary Celebration.
  • Metagross, Falinks, Darkrai, Articuno
• An issue where, if an ally Comfey is attached to Palkia, activating the second stage of Palkia’s Unite Move causes attached Comfey to become unresponsive.
  • Status: Resolved.

We are continuously investigating and addressing other issues not listed above. As soon as there is further progress, we will update this notice or report the fixes in the next upcoming update.
