We would like to share an update regarding the current in-game operational status and known issues.
Current Status (As of May 28)
We have confirmed that the following issues are currently occurring in the game. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our players.
[System & Login Issues]
- Currently, no new issues that significantly impact gameplay or game progression have been confirmed.
[Battle & Pokémon Issues]
- An issue in some Unite Battles where data desynchronization with other players causes incorrect score displays and match results on the battle results screen.
- Status: We have implemented a fix in this update and confirmed that the issue has been resolved. To ensure a smoother gameplay experience, please try updating the game to the latest version via your device’s app store or the Nintendo Switch Home menu.
We are continuously investigating and addressing other issues not listed above. As soon as there is further progress, we will update this notice or report the fixes in the next upcoming update.
