Here at The Pok\u00e9mon Company, we have established certain guidlines so that fans and players around the world may safely share their passion for Pok\u00e9mon UNITE.

As long as you comply with the guidelines listed, screenshots, video capture, and and appropriate, related content (collectively referred to as “”Guidelines in Regards to the Use of Video and Images from Pok\u00e9mon UNITE””) will not be deemed as copright infringement.We hope that these guidlines will help you further enjoy “Pok\u00e9mon UNITE.” However, any video or imagery from Pok\u00e9mon UNITE that is deemed against guidelines or inappropriate by the company’s judgement a removal request or legal action will be taken in order have the content in question removed.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Limited to non-profit purposes, videos and imagery related to Pok\u00e9mon UNITE are able to be posted on social media and other video sharing websites.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

Prohibited Uses:<\/dt>\n
In regards to the use of video and images from Pok\u00e9mon UNITE, please refrain from the following actions.<\/dd>\n
The main purpose of Pok\u00e9mon UNITE is to create a fun playing environment. Any action against that purpose is prohibited. (Example: Promotion of illegal acts, discrimination, causeing harm to others, political or religious uses, etc.)<\/dd>\n
Excessive editing or manipulation that is misleading to the content of the game<\/dd>\n
Extraction and distribution of Pok\u00e9mon UNITE contents (illustrations, music, etc.) or production of derivitive work (games, applictions. etc.) other than recorded videos and images.<\/dd>\n
Uploading anything online in which the contents may violate the law or moral policy<\/dd>\n
Uploading anything related to company software on banned websites<\/dd>\n
The introduction\/support of cheating or unauthorized access and use of Pok\u00e9mon UNITE.<\/dd>\n
Contrary to facts, misleading users to believe they have received official sponsorship from the company.<\/dd>\n
Using contents of voice\/open text chat other than one’s own without the consent of the other party.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

If a third party’s intellectual property is used within a video or image related to Pok\u00e9mon UNITE, permission from the third party is required in addition to following our guidelines. Our company cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding the location of rights.<\/dd>\n
Our company to provide images such as the Pok\u00e9mon UNITE logo on the official Pok\u00e9mon UNITE website. Appropriate materials can be used for videos and still images related to Pok\u00e9mon UNITE, but we please ask that you refer to the guidelines provided separately.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n
